The last six months have been quite challenging and exciting for the Association. We successfully weathered the effects of Hurricane Ian, changed our landscaping contractor to provide better service and to address the desires of the HOA owners and residents and changed our security company to provide better and more consistent service.
Currently, we are completing several projects - repair of roofs damaged during the hurricane; replacement of damaged gutters and downspouts throughout the community and restoration of landscaping affected by the hurricane. While we are not yet where we want to be - we will get there with the continuing support of all HOA members.
Looking forward, we are or will be engaging in the following activities - request proposals from several HOA management companies; review and evaluate proposals received and select a HOA management company by our Bylaws deadline of September 2023 and continue discussions with the COA to review the current cost sharing and maintenance agreement.
