No vehicle which cannot operate on its own power shall remain within Townhomes at Marbella on Cypress for more than twelve (12) hours, except in the garage of a Townhome Unit. No repair, except emergency repair, of vehicles shall be made within the Community except in the garage of a Townhome Unit. Vehicles parked within the Community shall have a current tag at all times. This restriction shall not prohibit the temporary parking of commercial vehicles making deliveries, or while used in connection with providing services to any Lot or the Common Area. No vehicle shall be parked, stored, or kept on any yard, street, or any other Common Area at any time.

In addition to other remedies provided by law, vehicles and trailers of any kind parked in violation of this Article 13.6 may be towed by the Association in accordance with Article 11.6.

If you have questions or require further assistance, please call CRM (239) 309-0622.

Guest Registration

Only a properly registered guest vehicle that has been issued a virtual guest pass can park in a designated guest parking spot. Residents (Owners & Tenants) are not permitted to park in the designated guest parking spots and will be towed at the owners’ expense.

Note that only residents can register their guest for a virtual guest parking pass.

The system can be used by any cell phone, is easy, efficient, and eliminates the need for excessive costs with printing and maintaining physical passes.

You will need the License Plate # of your Guest’s Vehicle.

Use the barcode or go to the website to register the guest vehicle: https://townhomesatmarbella.parkingattendant.com

Under Guest Parking choose Register a Vehicle Follow the instructions on screen.  To register a guest vehicle, the resident must provide their name and address, phone (mobile preferred), and/or email, along with the license plate number of the guest’s vehicle, and the residence-specific passcode provided on the “refrigerator” magnet instruction card.  Once the guest’s vehicle is registered, the resident will receive a text confirmation.
