2023 was a busy year for making improvements and changes to our community.
We started with changing the Landscaping company in January 2023 to get better more consistent service. Addressing trees and plants destroyed by Hurricane Ian and other landscaping issues took the better part of the first 1/2 of the year, however most residents have reported back seeing positive results with the move to Greenscapes of Southwest Florida Landscaping.
Property management company change- Starting September 2023 we are now with Compass Rose Management (CRM). https://compassrose.vmsclientonline.com/Default.aspx
Irrigation issues left over from hurricane Ian and a pump failure have been addressed. Lines have been repaired and sprinklers should be working again on Wednesdays and Saturdays. If you notice a broken line, or sprinkler head not working please report it to CRM.
